Developer Martin Lind bought a former Carestream Health property in February for $3.5 million and sold it in December for $15.6 million to GlobalAI, which will build a liquid-cooled data center for AI in Windsor but may locate it in Windsor or Greeley due to annexation options + infrastructure benefits.

Greeley's new Downtown Civic Campus is planned to revitalize the city center by offering public services, jobs and retail spaces - a project approved by City Council and financed with COPs.

The initiative involves partners including the local school district and Weld County.
