Good morning, Greeley.

The City of Greeley, The Water Valley Company and PCL Construction held a groundbreaking ceremony today on the 300-acre West Greeley Entertainment District called Catalyst to start work on new roads—utilities and water systems.

The project will add a sports arena, an indoor water park, a conference hotel and nearby neighborhoods that are expected to create jobs and boost local business in the future.

Colorado law enforcement will ramp up patrols in Weld County around Oktobrewfest—featuring craft beers, food, live music and more—this weekend to deter impaired driving; the Colorado State Patrol will work with the Weld County Sheriff's Office to increase patrols near the festival on Saturday.

On September 24, UNC Head Coach Lamb and Brady Hull recapped the Bears' win over Houston Christian and previewed Idaho State during a segment called Football 52.
