Good morning, Greeley.

UNC reported that 8,443 students learned both online and on its Greeley campus while Aims Community College had 8,619 enrollment figures across its four campuses and online—both schools started classes in late August and finalized data early in the semester.

Greeley will break ground on the Catalyst project Wednesday after council approved key contract details with Soaring Sports Group—securing an annual revenue stream of at least $792,000 starting in 2028 and rising until 2068.

The project, pending final council approval, is expected to generate $126 million by 2038 once all revenue sources are combined.
