Good morning, Greeley.

Luis Felipe Loma Martinez, 38, was arrested late last week in Evans for alleged internet luring and sexual assault on a child; his bond was set at $75,000.

Greeley City Council voted to rezone 49 acres at the northwest corner of 25th Street and 71st Avenue for The Village at Greeley, a build-to-rent development that will produce 424 single-family rental homes.

The new community will offer one- to three-bedroom homes—ranging from 655 to 1,313 square feet with rents between $1,600 and $2,500—designed to provide resort-style living for renters.

QB Bo Nix, who set rookie records last season, said he will work to improve his game as Broncos training camp begins in late July.

He plans to read defenses and play faster—expecting that these changes will boost his team with help from veteran Jarrett Stidham and newcomer Sam Ehlinger.
