- ➤ A 21-year-old man, Luis Villareal-Tapia, was charged with manslaughter and assault after he punched 42-year-old Raul Loma in downtown Greeley in May, with police saying a brawl that was gang-related led to Loma dying on May 21 from a skull fracture—Villareal-Tapia is held in Weld County Jail on a $750,000 bond ahead of an initial court appearance Friday. 1310 KFKA
