- ➤ Annie Vick, 63-year-old founder of the Pinocchio's restaurant chain suspected of embezzling over $3 million, was arrested Wednesday afternoon in Weld County Jail on a warrant for missing a June 17 court date — she is held on a $50,000 cash-only bond and will appear on July 21 — officials said. 1310 KFKA
