Good morning, Greeley.
🏛️ Government
The City of Greeley was awarded a $15,000 matching grant by the Colorado Tourism Office—part of the Colorado Office of Economic Development and International Trade—to fund a new data tool that will study visitor profiles, hotel trends and rental patterns.
The project runs from May 1 to April 30 and will help city officials improve local tourism efforts.
Colorado Gov. Jared Polis signed a law that requires school districts to adopt cell phone rules by July 2026 — a move that could reduce distractions in classrooms.
Officials are now preparing to draft the new policies — work expected to start soon.
