- ➤ A U.S. District Court judge denied Future Legends LLC’s request for a temporary restraining order to stop Windsor from letting its occupancy permits expire Sunday night, and managing partner Jeff Katofsky appealed the decision on Friday (the case claims the town discriminated against the sports complex by not extending the permits). 1310 KFKA
- ➤ An investigation by the Colorado Public Utilities Commission found that in 2024 Xcel Energy customers experienced more outages with an average of 45 minutes without power—issues worsened by extreme weather and reduced call center budgets.
