  • Greeley City Council this week postponed letting the city attorney’s office start legal action against Windsor for alleged breaches of a 2008 agreement on sharing costs for road improvements and wastewater treatment along U.S. Highway 34 corridor — officials said the move could delay planned commercial and residential development that relies on the agreement's promises.  1310 KFKA
  • Former Denver ICE official John Fabbricatore said immigrant rights activist Jeanette Vizguerra failed to follow a voluntary removal deal made years ago—she had been told to leave since 2009. ICE said she was apprehended Monday and is now in custody pending deportation after her one-year stay ended in February.  CBS Colorado

  • Northern Colorado and North Dakota State square off in the Summit League baseball series at Jackson Field — both teams earned wins in their opening series. Today at 2 p.m.—Game 1 starts with UNC’s Murphy Gienger pitching against NDSU’s Nolan Johnson.  1310 KFKA
  • At the NCAA Wrestling Championships, UNC wrestler Vincent Zerban won both matches and advanced into the quarterfinals while his teammates Stevo Poulin, Dominick Serrano, and Andrew Alirez lost in their bouts and dropped to the consolation bracket—session three starts at 10 a.m. MT today.  1310 KFKA
  • Today the Northern Colorado Women’s Basketball team ended its season with a 14—17 overall and a 6—12 conference record, marked by a thrilling 67—60 overtime win at BYU that gave Head Coach Kristen Mattio her 200th win. The Bears also earned key wins in their tournament run before falling to Montana State and will build on their performance next season with several returning players.  1310 KFKA
